Who are we?
Shopoki.co.uk is the trading name for our OKI specialist retail division of Printerland.co.uk. Both brands owned by parent company Computer Risk Management Limited established in January 1993.
Shopoki was the industry pioneer for ecommerce in its field and was registered on 4th July 2000. Prior to this all printer sales were placed by fax or mail order.
All our staff are trained regularly by the manufacturer, both in-house and at their UK head office in Slough.
Training covers every aspect of print solutions from how the printer works including paper choice, colour hues and speed right up to 'cost-per-click' print management.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. If you wish to make a purchase over the phone call us on 0800 840 1992. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, American Express and Delta cards or you can pay by cheque or bank transfer. We can only deliver orders to addresses in Great Britain, therefore we only accept orders from within Great Britain. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.
Accounts are available for Government Bodies and Educational Establishments.

Shipping And Handling
Free next business day delivery is available on all UK mainland orders. We also deliver to the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Eire.

Delivery Schedule
We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you by next business day service, if your order is placed before 3.30PM. No guarantees are given for next day delivery. However, our mission is to achieve this where possible.
Back Orders
Should your item not be in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order or choose an alternative product if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted and we hold no credit card information on our servers.
Guarantee
All Oki printers, consumables and accessories are warrantied by Oki. If you receive a faulty item or an item becomes faulty it is your responsibility to contact Oki yourself. We cannot contact Oki on your behalf. Oki can be contacted on 01753 819 800.
